There has been a recent uptick in people searching for meaning and purpose in their lives, exploring the intersection of science and spirituality, and seeking ways to learn and engaging in practices that affirm their connection to the larger universe.

The field of psychology has increasingly made room in its research, clinical practice guidelines, and individual psyches to include the importance to each individual of their faith or spirituality to their overall health and wellness. For those who seek healing, or wishing to gain a larger, metaphysical perspective, integration of transpersonal and intercessory, creative, interventions can be helpful in aligning one’s body, mind, and spirit. See the Art Therapy page on this site.

Some clients seek support to make sense of synchronicities, extraordinary perceptions or moments of unexplainable attunement to others or the larger universe, such as having had near death or out-of-the-body experiences, or visions or visits from departed loved ones. Some seek ancestral healing, trans-generational legacy work, or seek greater connection to figures who no longer walk this plane. Others wish to learn skills to manage their deeply intuitive nature or the thoughts and feelings they, or others, have about their abilities.

The desire to see, create, and bathe oneself in positive life forces such as beauty, gratitude, and love can be extremely centering. As you face life and death situations personally, locally or globally, you many seek a relationship within which you can make meaning of the complexities, callings, or suffering you experience.

Life is full of twists and turns. It simultaneously offers many opportunities cloaked as challenges. In my clinical practice we actively mark developmental milestones, explore existential questions, and redirect your actions to align with your highest values.

As a trained SoulCollage® facilitator with an active ethical character trait daily meditation practice, I have experienced, teach, and support those who want to include their spirituality into their growth and creativity work, individually or in group formats. You have likely seen images on this website of Labyrinth installations I have created to serve as workshop sites, or spiritual collages and paintings I have created as expressions of my own creative and spiritual nature.

Though I cannot claim to have the answers to Life’s big questions, I can facilitate your courage to ask your big questions, explore your transpersonal connections, and bear witness to your walking your own spiritual path.
